Some of you may know that this blog was spawned by Cedric Hohnstadt's "March is Sketchbook Month" blog last year. Several invited artists each agreed to do a sketch per day (excluding weekends) and post it to the blog. It was so much fun, that Jody started this blog to help keep up the momentum all year long.Well, this year Cedric is unable to host the blog and post everyone's art this year, so as an alternative, I would like to invite our regular contributors to post a sketch a day here for the month of March. And feel free to take weekends off.

And if you are on Instagram, you can post drawings there, too. Just tag them #sketchbookmonth. (My nephew just started the tag.) Let's all have fun drawing!
